Manual soldering
Some of the components need to be manually soldered because they cannot be mounted on automated SMT or THT lines. For smaller batches or more difficult component assembly, this solution is used. We have soldering stations for this purpose, where our employees can solder the circuit boards with different components, such as heat shields, connectors, and others.
Since manual soldering quality relies on the knowledge of the specialist, we ensure that the specialists are properly trained. For that, we employ IPC (Institute of Printed Circuits) standards. We have an EMS academy where specialists with IPC trainer certificates acquaint them with the process and prepare them for technology improvements if needed.
