We are proud to produce a Lithuanian product and are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for the successful growth of TELTONIKA EMS.

The main areas of responsibility The main areas of responsibility

As Business Development Manager you will play an important role in building solid relationships in the B2B segment in specific region. Here you will:

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new customers through daily contact, making presentations;
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals;
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika EMS and its services with solutions;
  • Perform a market analysis of the assigned region;
  • Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need

  • Excellent English language skills as it will be your primary working language (German, French,  Italian or Spanish language would be an advantage);
  • Experience in B2B sales, with results that you are proud of.

Salary Salary

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 12 EUR/val. iki 18 EUR/val. (~2000EUR – ~ 3000 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your sales results.* Bonuses are calculated according to the motivational system based on the achieved results.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
