01 IMPROVING THE CONCEPT

Share ideas on forms and functions, let us review your concept. Desing For Manufacturing (DFM) enables the reduction of waste, lead time and overall price.

Our experienced product design team can act as your company's engineering department. Or we can combine our strengths with the product development team of your company. At the end of the concept phase, we prepare a proposal for product development, outlining the possible product performance, the approximate development schedule and cost estimates.

02 PRESENTING IMPROVEMENTS

Our engineering team presents the solution and possibly a test circuit to demonstrate the most important upgrades and functions.

A series of experiments can be carried out to test specifications and other aspects of the prototype. This will help get an idea of the differences in performance and cost. At this stage, it is possible to confirm the design direction and develop a specification.

03 DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING (DFM)

Optimizing the PCB layout for manufacturability is one of the most important aspects for the development process of your product. Important decisions made during the design phase often have a huge impact on the cost and success of manufacturing.

By implementing our more than 23 years of expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, parts procurement and manufacturing, we can potentially reduce manufacturing times and the end product costs.

04 ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

Printed circuit boards and electronic product prototypes are built in our design and manufacturing center. We strive for the fastest delivery of high-quality prototypes from high-end PCB to box build. The production of the first test series is closely monitored by our engineering team. The cooperation with the production is constant. It helps identify and improve weaknesses and possible design faults quickly. When the test series is built and the equipment is calibrated, the automated assembly line will run for the following rounds.
